* Wall Squat
Stand up straight and put your back against the wall. Lightly move down to a sitting position and the back is still against the wall. Now hold for 10 to 20 seconds and then lightly move up to the starting position.

I think everybody know how to do a push up. Just lie down and facing towards the floor with your body weight on your palms. Slowly push your body up while keeping your back on a straight position. Hold for a seconds and then go back to your starting position. This exercise can build your upper body and it has effect to lose your stomach fat and get six pack abs.
